Apparel Info: All shirts are not the same. That means they do not fit the same. I am a boutique like shop that has a variety of styles. Please make sure to look at the size charts and fabrics. Product descriptions will also tell you the decoration type. Many of these are digital mockups because I want to offer you the best selection around but they should look very close to the final outcome. I do my best to provide you as much information to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible.
Production Info: I have a few pieces of equipment currently in house that I can produce many of the products myself. However, I have lots more I want to offer you so there are products that get produced via some production partners.
Shipping: Because I do have some production partners you may receive separate packages because of logistical reasons. We ship via USPS, UPS economy and ground. Lots of my products are made to order so they can take anywhere from 3-7 business days to ship. Then transit will be another 2-6 business days.
Exchanges/Returns: I guarantee all printing products so if there is a print defect please email me a photo to get this resolved. All personalized products are final sales. If you need a different size or exchange I will do my best to work with you as I these are all mostly made to order so I do not have stock on hand. But I want to make sure you are 100% happy with your order. You have 15 days from the time you receive your item to get in contact with me for any order issues.
Order Changes/Issues: Please double check your order confirmation right away (everyone should receive one) I need to be aware of any issues right away because we go into the "production phase" very quickly and it is hard for me to make any changes once an order has been placed as we do have some automation to the orders.
Make sure to read the product descriptions so you know what type of decoration is applied to the garment as I offer a variety of different options. Along with also checking shirt styles because not all are the same.
Metallic:
It is a shiny foil application that gets heat pressed onto your garment. But don't think it will be heavy feeling because it has a soft hand touch. These wash up great and give that nice extra little shine to your apparel.
Spangle:
This are described as holeless sequins. They are lightweight and give off a great sparkle. These also hold up well as long as you are taking care during the washing cycle. High heat will wear down the adhesive but we have many tops that we just throw in the wash and have held up really well.
DTG printing:
This is Direct to Garment printing that offers single to full color options. This is not screenprint. The garment gets pre-pressed with pre-treatment to have the best results during the printing process. The ink is then printed on top of the garment. Initially there may be a vinegar smell but this will go away after the first wash.
Screenprinting:
Pre-orders and some group orders will get screenprinted. These are usually limited to 1-2 color designs. This is the process where the ink is also layered onto the top of the garment with a screen. Hence, why it is called screenprinting.
Glitter Vinyl:
For garments I like to use stretch glitter vinyl. Because it hold up really well and isn't as thick as some of your other vinyl offerings. For hats I tend to use the thicker glitter vinyl as it gives it that little bit of raised feel but extra sparkle.
Sublimation:
This is the process where the design is heat pressed onto the product. The inks embed into the product giving it a smooth touch feel and everlasting result wash after wash.
Embroidery:
Group and one off embroidery available. These are threads sewn into the garment.
